Submission guidelines
If you would like to contribute to our publication, please send us an e-mail at zander.vega@jobdescriptionshub.com. Your application should contain:
- Full name
- Short bio (including your current profession and level of expertise)
- 1-2 article suggestions
- Previous writing samples
We will carefully evaluate each application and respond ONLY to those we consider to be a good fit for our publication. Kindly note that if we have not replied to your e-mail within 7 days, then your submission was probably rejected.
If your topic is accepted, you may then send us your article. Before your content can be published, it will first go through a reviewing process, to make sure that it meets our quality and editorial standards. One of our editors will then send you an e-mail within 10 business days to inform you whether or not your article has been approved for publication.
If you would like to include images with your submission, please make sure to source them accordingly. As per our editorial policy, we kindly ask you to only include images that are free for use or that do not violate any copyright infringement laws.

Linking policy
